ESTRS Lebanon 7 Mile
The Lebanon 7 Mile is a chip-timed trail race held as part of the Endless Summer Trail Run Series. The course is a runnable 7 mile loop on single and double track that covers most of Lebanon Hills Regional Park from the Jensen Lake Trailhead in Eagan, Minnesota. The course has approximately 430 feet of total elevation gain (about 61 feet per mile).
There is a water stop roughly 5 km into the race; races longer than 5 km include that midway water stop. The route is marked with orange survey-style pin flags, which are placed on the left side of the trail except where two-way traffic requires flags on both sides. A course map is provided by the organizer.
Logistics and policies include a field limit of 425 runners, an entry fee of $30 plus registration fees, no refunds or transfers, and a cancellation policy that allows the Race Director to modify or cancel the event for safety or other serious concerns. Race-number pickup and timing chip procedures are handled on race day. Headphones are allowed at low volume; playing music out loud is not allowed. Participants may not run with dogs; supervised on-leash dogs are welcome for spectators.
Post-race refreshments include Domino’s Pizza and other refreshments. Reduced fee or comp entries are available in limited cases for those in need and are handled confidentially. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
