ESTRS Lebanon 7 Mile at Lebanon Hills Regional Park

The Lebanon 7 Mile is a single 7 mile loop on mostly single and double track trails that covers much of Lebanon Hills Regional Park in Eagan, Minnesota. The route is described as runnable and includes about 430 ft of total elevation gain, roughly 61 ft per mile. A staffed water stop is provided at approximately the 5 km point.

The event is part of the Endless Summer Trail Run Series and is produced by Rocksteady Running. Registration opens January 1, 2026. The race field is limited to 425 runners and the entry fee is $30 plus the registration provider fee. Entry fees are non refundable and registrations are not transferable. Once a distance sells out there is no waiting list.

The course will be marked with orange survey style pin flags placed on the left side of the trail except in two way sections. Race numbers and disposable timing chips are required to be worn on the front and must remain affixed and unobstructed to ensure times are recorded. Results are published online and are timed using the provided chip.

Event logistics note that most parking is at Chapel Hill Church about one quarter mile north of the Jensen Lake Trailhead and attendees may walk or jog to the start area. Post race refreshments include pizza and beverages. Dogs may attend as supervised on leash but may not run the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
