Erath Cross Country 5K

Erath Cross Country 4th of July 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

This event is a community fundraiser for the Erath High Bobcats cross country team, held at Erath High School at Robert J. Segura Memorial Stadium, 808 S. Broadway, Erath, LA 70533. The program includes a timed 5K run/walk and a 1 mile fun run on July 4, 2026.

Distances offered:

• 5K (3.1 miles)
• 1 Mile Fun Run (1 mile)

Registration opens on May 12, 2026. Pre-registration through June 26 is listed at $30 for either distance. Late registration from June 27 through July 4 is listed at $35. Race day registration will be available at the Erath High School gym located across from the stadium.

Awards will be presented to overall male and female winners and to finishers in the listed age divisions. Age divisions are 5 and under, 6-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Water stations will be available on course and at the start and finish areas.
