A Louisiana Summer Night Ultra is a timed trail event in Lafayette, Louisiana held on August 1, 2026. The event is a 10 hour endurance race run on a repeated 3.8 mile lap that mixes single track trail, gravel road, and wooden boardwalks. The course is marked with reflective tape.

Each lap includes a full aid station that is passed twice on the circuit. The event is cupless; runners should bring their own drinking vessel. Organizers require each runner to carry a light source and a personal hydration solution for every loop. Laps may be run as often or as little as a participant chooses during the 10 hour window, and a full lap must be completed for it to count toward overall mileage.
