Trail Running calendar near Avery Island 2026-2027

Experience a scenic 5 mile loop through the lush forests of the Comite River Conservation Area. Finishers receive a medal and can enjoy a post run lunch to celebrate this 6th annual community event.

The Made for More Ultra is a backyard-style race where runners complete a 4.2-mile loop every hour until only one remains. That final runner must complete one last solo lap to be the sole winner. Entry is by lottery for 60 spots.
