EpicTrails 10km Exploring trails by headtorch

This event on 16 Apr 2026 is a guided night trail run of 10 km starting from Milngavie Train Station, G62 8PG. The route will visit local trails including sections of the Clyde Coastal Path and the West Highland Way, plus other nearby trails.

A qualified and experienced guide will lead the group and is insured and first aid trained. Runs are social rather than competitive; no one is left behind and the group will regroup at various points. Pace will vary with route and group composition, and group size will be managed to support safety.

Dogs and under 18s are not permitted due to insurance restrictions. Mandatory kit will be specified in the run brief and varies by route and season; trail shoes and a head torch are always required. Participants without the required kit will not be able to take part.

The activity operates not for profit. Fees first cover event costs and any surplus is donated to a local charity on a periodic basis. Refunds are issued only if requested and are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event. Entry fee is listed at £3; a service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applies per sign-up. Total places are 14 and the event status is open. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
