Races and Courses

The senior race is a trail run of approximately 6 miles (10 km). The course starts and finishes on Carsebridge Road in Sauchie, Alloa. Runners will also follow paths around Gartmorn Dam, which offers views of the nearby Ochil Hills. Marshals are stationed at key points for guidance.

The junior race is approximately 2 miles (3 km). It follows the same start as the senior race but turns off the woodland track midway, returning via a farm track and quiet public road.
