Enlightenment Mountain Run

Enlightenment Mountain Run is a 10K trail race held at Angel Fire Resort in Angel Fire, New Mexico. The course begins with a roughly 2,000-foot climb up gravel service roads to the summit, then descends via the Enlightenment Trail back to the Start/Finish behind the Chile Express chairlift. The CCW loop uses occasional ski-line sections, with a summit water stop and 25g gels available.

The route is marked with yellow flags and signage, and a Strava preview is provided. The event emphasizes trail stewardship and donates a portion of proceeds to the Enchanted Circle Trails Association. Angel Fire Resort offers on-site dining and activities.
