The Taos Ski Valley Up & Over Trail Run Weekend is a summer trail running event held at Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico. Additional details: the VerticAL's VertK follows Al's Run and finishes near the top of the slope; it is open only to participants 16 and older. The Up & Dn Kid's run is untimed, awards overall boy and girl prizes, and gives all child participants a finisher's medal; half of its proceeds benefit the Enchanted Circles Trail Association. Registered adult runners receive a custom tee, a wooden finisher medal, a beer ticket for those 21+, professional timing, post-race recovery nutrition, and age-group prizes.
