Sussex Coastal Trail Run

The event takes place on 6 March 2027 in Eastbourne and uses Helen Gardens as the event base. Routes run along the famous Seven Sisters and provide views of the English Channel, passing the coastal towns of Eastbourne and Seaford in the eastern section of the South Downs National Park.

Terrain is described as strenuous with chalk and forest underfoot. Runners should expect rolling downland with a number of climbs beside the white chalk cliffs that meet the sea.

The event is part of the Endurancelife 2026-27 trail running season and awards points toward the Season Leaderboard based on performance. Registered participants will be asked to complete an online check-in about two weeks before the event, including confirming emergency contact details and viewing a mandatory safety video. Community 5k, 10k and junior races in Robertsbridge on a multi terrain, undulating course with volunteer marshals, a BBQ, post-race bar, bespoke medals and free parking.

A community run at The Moor in Hawkhurst offering 10 km, 5 km and a free junior race on a multi terrain, undulating course, with finish-line cake, a free half pint, medals, spot prizes and on-site stalls.

A lap-based timed event at Ardingly Reservoir offering distances from 5 km up to ultra with a seven hour limit and flexible start times. Chip timing, an aid station and an optional no-medal entry are available.

Experience a flat 10k run starting from Shoreham along the scenic Downslink paths toward Bramber. This chip timed event features a halfway aid station and a unique finisher medal for all participants.
