Elevate 12 Hour Race

Event overview

The Elevate race takes place on February 13-14, 2026 at the First Baptist Church campus in Santa Maria, CA (2970 Santa Maria Way, 93455). The event includes two race options, supports the church's Elevate missions project, and awards are given for winners and age groups.

Distances

• 5k - three loops (about 3.1 miles)
• 12-hour race - continuous laps over 12 hours

The listed entry fees are $22 for the 5k and $45 for the 12-hour race. All proceeds support the Elevate missions project.

Course and race facilities

The loop course is entirely on the First Baptist / VCA campus. For the 5k each loop measures 1.036 miles; the 12-hour race uses a minor adjustment so each loop is 1 mile. Volunteers will be positioned on the course during the 5k.

Aid and participant areas are provided. During the 5k there will be water, Gatorade and bananas, and finishers receive ice cream sandwiches. 12-hour participants are offered a variety of hot and cold drinks and solid foods, and a dedicated area near the start/finish is available for rest and gear. The back portion of the loop has no lights, so 12-hour participants should have a headlamp or flashlight. There is no minimum distance for the 12-hour race; the participant with the most completed loops is the winner. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
