Ryan's Ranch Run

Ryan's Ranch Run takes place on 09/06/2026 at Thousand Hills Ranch in Pismo Beach, California. The event is community-driven and raises funds for Central Coast Athletics Foundation (CCAF) and 17 Strong, an organization that provides Victory Trips to young adults facing life-threatening illness.

The event features multiple distances over mixed terrain. Courses combine packed dirt trail and paved roadway and pass through rolling ranchland. Routes are well marked and supported by volunteers.

• 5K: 3.1 miles mixed trail and paved course through rolling ranchland.
• 10K: 6.2 miles with extended trail sections, rolling hills and panoramic ranch views.
• Kids Mile: 1 mile safe, well-marked loop designed for young runners.

Race day includes a 17 Strong Victory Lap, the Kids Mile, and the 5K and 10K races. Awards include commemorative cowboy hats for the first 17 overall finishers in the 5K and 10K and for the top 17 children in the Kids Mile; the 10K also lists top overall male and female prize packages.
