Born to Run Ultra Marathons takes place in Los Olivos, CA and is organized by AllWeDoIsRun. The event week is limited to the first 300 registered participants and guests. Registration is open and multiple entry options are offered across several days.
Race options include:
- 4 Day / 96 Hour Runner onsite camping, chip lap counting, aid every ~5 miles
- 3 Day / 72 Hour Runner onsite camping, chip lap counting, aid every ~5 miles
- 100 Mile Runner finish within event time limit, chip lap counting, aid every ~5 miles
- 30 Mile Runner three 10-mile loops, aid every ~5 miles
- 20 Mile Runner two 10-mile loops, aid every ~5 miles
- 10 Mile Runner one 10-mile loop, aid every ~5 miles
- Guest Day Pass / Ranch Access daily guest passes available
The course is 100 percent dirt, combining ranch roads and single-track, formed by two one-way 10-mile loops that meet at the center with vehicle access approximately every 10 miles. Loop elevation gains are approximately +2100 ft and +1600 ft; loops are marked with colored ribbons and striped ribbons denote turns while blue ribbons mark wrong-way areas. Self-crewing from your vehicle is allowed; no dogs on course. Awards include buckles for qualifying multi-day or 100-mile finishes, top male and female awards, souvenir shirts, custom bibs, and finisher awards. A ranch fee of $10 per person per day is payable at check-in in cash; guest day passes cost $35 per day. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals.
