The course is organized as a 5 mile loop with single track and rolling hills. There is one major aid station at the start/finish that will provide homemade items and typical ultra food including cookies, PB & J, sports drink, soda, chips, and pretzels. Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottle as the organizers are working toward a landfill free event. The maximum time to complete the 50K is eight hours.
