The Soul Crusher is a trail running event held in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The race takes place on a single-track course through the forest of Veteran Acres & Sternes Woods park.

Course and Logistics
The course is a loop of approximately 5 miles. The race directors note the possibility of "bonus" mileage. The start line is located in the middle of the park, requiring about a 30-minute walk from the main parking area at 431 Walkup Rd. The course is marked with pink flags, and volunteers will be present to direct runners. It is a cup-less race, so participants must carry their own water bottle or hydration vest.
Registration and Policies
Registration includes a race shirt and a finisher's medal for all distances. Shirt sizes are guaranteed for early registrants. There is a time cut-off of 3 hours and 30 minutes for the event.
Packet Pickup
