Dusk-to-Dawn 6/12 is a dusk-to-dawn time-based ultramarathon held in Glenelg, South Australia, run in conjunction with the Reindeer Run. The event features a scenic 2.56464 km AIMS-certified loop along the river, offering views of the harbour, a riverside sand beach, and a palm-lined course. Participants complete multiple loops, turning around every 3 hours.

There is one aid station at the start/finish of each loop, with water, sports drinks, snacks, ice, and more. The course is IAU-labelled, AIMS-certified, and AURA-listed. $5 from each registration supports NADVS (Women’s Safety Services SA).
