Registration pricing and shirts: early registration is $25 until November 9, 2025; late registration is $30 from November 10 to race day. Participants who register by November 9 are guaranteed a long sleeve custom tech shirt at packet check in. Late entrants will receive either the current design or a prior year shirt. The kid's run is listed as free.
Packet pickup: early packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, November 22 at the Student Activities Center (Dailey Road entrance) and race day packet pickup is at the same location on race day. The 10K and 5K begin with a mass simultaneous start; the kid's fun run is held separately. Awards include custom wood laser cut medals for first place in all age divisions and medals for second and third place in the listed age groups for both distances.
