Double Days 48 Hour Race
The event on October 9, 2026 takes place in Middletown, OH at the grounds of Berachah Church. The course is a flat, looped circuit of approximately one mile with a net elevation gain of 0. The loop passes through a mowed field, a wooded trail section, and a short paved portion, and includes a small mound near the end of the loop. The site is adjacent to pickleball courts, a playground area, and an area called "A Field of Dreams."

- 6 Hour Run
- 3 Hour Run
Support and logistics include one aid station located near the start and finish offering typical ultra hydration and nutrition, cooked meals served at six hour intervals, camping and limited RV spots, and canopy and tent setup passed along the course. Pacers are permitted during later stages of the event. Participants are asked not to bring animals on the course.
The event benefits local organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butler County and Abilities First, and participants are invited to bring non-perishable protein donations for local food pantries. Awards include cash prizes for top finishers in the 48 hour category, a custom buckle for 100 miles or more, additional participation awards, and event apparel options.
