Verso l'Alto Summer XC Challenge

Verso l Alto Summer XC Challenge is a cross country meet held at Corwin Nixon Park Entrance in Mason, Ohio on August 7, 2026. The meet features grass course racing over a distance of two miles with separate races for High School Girls, High School Boys, and an Open Men and Women division.

Runners may compete as individuals or as part of a team. The program is intended for high school and college athletes who wish to race with teammates, and for local runners who may enter individually or represent a club. Spectators may attend free of charge.

Registration opens February 3, 2026 and closes August 7, 2026. The entry fee for each race is $15.00. The meet is organized by Verso l Alto Track Club, a competitive Catholic men s run club based in the greater Cincinnati area that states inspiration from St Pier Giorgio Frassati and a mission to strive to the heights in running and in faith.

This meet is not a sanctioned OHSAA event.
