Dirty Lion Mud Run & 1 Mile Leo Mud Run

The event is a mud run and obstacle course held in King George, Virginia on June 27, 2026, at 7800 Fitzhugh Lane. It is organized by the Dahlgren Lions Club as a fundraising event to support eye exams, glasses, hearing exams, hearing aids, scholarships, and related community services.

Participants can choose between the following distances:

The event includes a team component. Registration allows creating or joining teams for the 4-mile team challenge. The team challenge is organized in three levels by team size: Largest Team Challenge for groups with 21 or more participants, Medium Team Challenge for groups of 11 to 20, and Smallest Team Challenge for groups with fewer than 10 participants.
