Event overview

The Dirty Duel is a trail race held on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, at Robinette’s Trails / Robinette’s Apple Haus & Winery in Grand Rapids, MI. The event is presented by Merrell and Gazelle Sports and is organized by Michigan Adventure Racing. About 600 racers start in multiple waves and split to different courses shortly after the start. Finishers receive either a buff or a wooden medal. Cider and donuts are served after the race. Shirt purchase is optional.

Racers choose between two dueling courses that diverge early and finish at the same place. Distances offered:

  • 3.4 miles
