The Dirty Dirty 15k is a two-loop trail event held at the North Chagrin Reservation, River Grove Picnic Area in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. The course is a reverse version of the Dirty Love 15k and runs through woodlands and meadows, passing landmarks such as Squires Castle, Buttermilk Falls, and Oxbow Lagoon. The route follows trails within a park managed for both outdoor recreation and wildlife preservation.

This event is the final race of the Dirty Trail Series and includes a year-end Dirty Series Party with food, prizes, and an awards ceremony. A Dirty Trail Series VIP membership is offered; stated benefits include 20% off races in the 2026 series, shoe discounts at Vertical Runner, multiple swag options or a no-swag discount, and an invitation to the awards party.
