Course Details
The race is a 7 km lollipop loop course. The course is rated with a Hills level of 2 and a Surface difficulty of 1, on a scale where 1 is easy and 5 is difficult. Awards and Age Groups
Overall top three finishers in each distance receive medals. Runners who place top three in any age category also receive medals. Random door prizes are provided by sponsors and are presented at the award ceremony.
Age groups are separated by gender (Male & Female) in the following categories: 0-9; 10-12; 13-15; 16-19; 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
Series Points
The event is a bonus point opportunity for the DINO Trail Run Series. All finishers receive at least 1 bonus point, with up to 10 points available based on percentile rankings against other finishers of the same gender.
Event Rules
Race numbers must be worn on the front and be visible. Participants must follow the marked trail and communicate courteously when passing. Headphones (e.g., iPods, MP3 players) and dogs are not permitted. Runners who drop out are asked to notify staff at the finish line. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
