Dingneng Wang - May 8, 2027

This event is a marathon held in San Diego, CA and organized by Best Runner Leaves No Tracks. The start and finish are at Canyonside Park Driveway, San Diego, CA 92126. Registration for a recorded result is free and closes on May 1 at 11:59 PM PT.

The organizer states that this is not a race and there will be no support provided. The course is unmarked and there are no aid stations; participants are self-supported and may use their own crew or pacers. Runners may complete any portion of the course. There is no official timing; participants who want a posted result must register on the event page, follow the course on the event date, and submit their time along with proof of the run.

The route will be run counter-clockwise this year. A Garmin course and a GPX file are available for navigation. Around mile 16 the route passes the Torrey Pine North parking lot, where restrooms and water fountains are available. The event was renamed in memory of a runner who enjoyed this course; it is presented as a way to remember that person informally rather than as a competitive race.
