Devil's Shadow Winter Trail Races take place in Mendon Ponds Park near Honeoye Falls, NY on February 6, 2027. The event offers multiple distances and uses Hopkins Point Lodge as race headquarters and the primary aid station. Parking is available around the lodge.

The course is an approximately 5.1 mile loop that starts and finishes at Hopkins Point Lodge and winds around Devil's Bathtub while avoiding larger hills and road crossings. The 25k and 50k are run as multiple loops of that same course; the long courses are subject to change because of trail or weather conditions.

The aid station at Hopkins Lodge provides hot apple cider, Skratch Hydration products, water, Coke, Gu Energy gels in several flavors, salt potatoes, bone broth, candy, soup from a local supplier, salt bread, a selection of beer, and hot chocolate with a Skratch Recovery option. The event is the third race in the Common Ground Winter Trail Series, produced in collaboration with FarFetched Enterprises, Goose Adventure Racing, and Doody Runs, with the stated goal of encouraging trail running during winter months.
