Dean Martin Hometown Festival: Dino Dash 5k Trail Run / Walk

This event takes place on June 20, 2026 in Steubenville, Ohio at Historic Beatty Park. It is organized by the Dean Martin Association, Steubenville Parks and Recreation, and the Jefferson County General Health District, with support from The Friends of Beatty Park.

The course uses two nature trails named Purple and Red. The route follows dirt trails in wooded areas and includes small bridges, a creek crossing, a few small natural obstacles, uphill sections, and a short loop through the adjacent historic Union Cemetery.

Event options include both running and walking over a 5 km distance, a Tot Trot for young children, and a race-shirt only option.

Awards are given to the top finisher in each age group for both the run and the walk. Age groups are 19 and under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over. Tot Trot participants receive a medal. Registration for the 5 km run and walk and for the Tot Trot closes on June 19, 2026. Race shirt only registration closes on June 8, 2026.
