Hell Hath No Hurry

Carnegie, United States • 27 Jun 2026

Race Overview

Hell Hath No Hurry is a looped trail event held at Settlers Cabin Park. The race takes place on a 10 km loop consisting primarily of single-track trails. The terrain includes natural features such as hills, roots, mud, and minimal road crossings. Participants follow marked trail blazes, and the direction of travel on the loop may change during the event.

Distance Options

The event offers several individual and team distances based on the number of completed loops:

  • 10 km (1 loop)
  • 30 km (3 loops)
  • 50 km (5 loops)
  • 50 Mile (8 loops), available for solo runners or relay teams

All participants must begin their final lap by a designated cut-off time, and all race activities conclude by the evening. Runners are required to complete the specific distance for which they registered.

Support and Logistics

The course features two primary aid stations. The main station at the start and finish area provides water, electrolyte drinks, and various snacks such as PB&J, chips, and pretzels. A halfway aid station offers additional hydration and food.

The start and finish area is located at the Cayuga Shelter, which is situated near a playground for spectators. Participants in the longer distances may set up personal aid areas or access gear from their vehicles at the end of each lap.

Participant Information

All registrants receive custom technical running socks, and those who finish their registered distance receive a hand-crafted award. Recognition is also provided for the top male and female finishers in each category. A post-race cookout featuring grilled food and refreshments is provided for runners and their guests in the afternoon. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
