Crusader Cross Country Classic : Muskegon Catholic Central

The Crusader Cross Country Classic is scheduled for August 22, 2026, at Muskegon Catholic Central Monsignor Kehren Stadium, 1145 W Laketon Ave, Muskegon, MI 49441. Entrances on Laketon will be closed; use the entrances on Barclay Street.

The meet includes high school boys and high school girls races and an alumni and community 5k that is open to all. Registration for the alumni and community race has a listed fee of $25 through August 21; the fee increases to $30 on race day. Race proceeds support the Cross Country and Track and Field programs at MCC.

Packet pick up is handled at a table inside the stadium. Awards are listed as TBD. The Crusader 5k course starts and finishes on the old cinder track inside the stadium and runs around the school athletic fields and grounds. The course follows much of the same path as the previous course but removes the hairpin turn; it is described as flat and spectator friendly.
