Cross Cut 20K Trail Race - Bridger Bowl, Bozeman MT
The Cross Cut 20K is a trail running event held at Bridger Bowl Ski Area in Bozeman, Montana on June 27, 2026. The race follows mostly technical single-track trail with some tall grass sections and sections of mud and snow where participants are asked to run through rather than around.
Registration includes chip timing, a custom race shirt, a catered lunch and a drink provided by Bridger Bowl, and eligibility for awards and raffle prizes. The entry fee is listed as $75. Registration opens April 3, 2026 and closes on race day; race insurance can be purchased at checkout. Transfers and rollovers are not permitted.
The event enforces a four hour cut off time and is not recommended for walkers or hikers. There are three cupless aid stations along the course; participants must provide their own cup or hydration system. A reusable race cup is available for purchase with registration.
Packet pickup is available Friday, June 26 at Bozeman Running Company from 10 AM to 7 PM, and race morning pickup is available at the Jim Bridger Lodge from 8 AM to 8:45 AM. Parking is available at the Jim Bridger Lodge. Awards will be distributed to top male and top female categories.
