Trails are described as well maintained and wider than a standard 2-track trail, about 12 ft. Packet pick-up takes place on race day at Independence Oaks County Park (Twin Chimneys). Parking at the park is free. On-site registration will be available the day of the event. Dogs are not allowed on the race courses unless they are service dogs. Jogging strollers are permitted on the 2.3 Mile Run/Walk; the 5K route is noted as challenging for strollers, and children must remain securely fastened in strollers for safety and insurance reasons.
