Cornwall's Backyard Ultra is an endurance competition held in St. Eval, Cornwall. Course Information

The course consists of a loop measuring 6.7056 kilometers (4.167 miles). The route primarily covers Cornish country lanes and includes a section along the Coast Path at Bedruthan Steps. An evening five-mile race on Wednesday 6 May 2026 at Boconnoc Estate, organised by East Cornwall Harriers. The mixed-surface route uses unmade paths, woodland trails and some road sections, with Race HQ in the estate courtyard.

A timed 20k coastal trail from Portreath beach to Perranporth with one stocked checkpoint, finisher medals and awards for the top three men and women. The event raises funds for Man Down Cornwall and has an optional return minibus.

A Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course at Stithians Showground on 09 May 2026, with grassy and gravel terrain, staggered wave starts and on-site parking; minimum fundraising target applies and the event is for ages 13 and over.

An off-road 10 km race on Sunday 10 May 2026 starting and finishing at Trevornick Holiday Park near Newquay, running over Cubert Common and the Cornish Coast Path with coastal cliff side elevation.
