Conquer the Bluff : Jacksboro, TN

Conquer the Bluff is a series of race events held in Jacksboro, Tennessee, with an in-person timed race on May 2, 2026 and a virtual Run Anywhere window from April 18 to May 3, 2026. The primary in-person distance is 4.2 mile, beginning and ending in a vacant lot on Eagle Bluff Road at the rear of the Eagle Gas and Food Market, 3070 Appalachian Highway.

The course runs toward the mountain, turns right onto a gravel road, follows a series of switchbacks to a trail that reaches the top of Eagle Bluff, and then returns to the finish. The route covers just over four miles with an elevation gain of about 930 feet. Virtual participants receive a race shirt that must be picked up at packet pickup or on race day, are assigned a virtual bib number, and may post results to the event results page; virtual entries are not eligible for awards. The race includes RaceJoy mobile app support for live GPS tracking and progress alerts.

Proceeds benefit the Campbell County High School Relief Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization that raises and accepts funds for Campbell County High School students. The fund awards annual scholarships and has previously awarded a middle college scholarship to a CCHS junior. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
