Connor's Claims Ultra is the sixth annual event near Stockton, UT, based at the Jacob City Trailhead in the Oquirrh Mountains. The event is USATF sanctioned and offers three distances:

Course details

The 50 Miler is described as about 52 miles with roughly 14,000 ft of total vertical gain. The route uses old mining roads and ATV trails for most of the distance and passes Jacob City Ruins, Dry Canyon, Bald Mountain foothills, Soldier Canyon, Chandler Fork, Lion Hill Loop, Porphyry Hill (8,716') twice, Bald Mountain East (10,006') and Bald Mountain West (9,626'). The course lists five substantial climbs of about 2,000 to 3,300 ft each. Aid stations are noted at miles 4.75, 12.5, 18.6, 23, 24, 32, 40, and 45.5. Surface: 98% mining road/ATV trail, 2% off-trail.

The 50K follows Soldier Canyon, Lion Hill Loop, Porphyry Hill, Bald Mountain East and West, and the old Gisbourne Toll Road. Total distance is 31.1 miles with about 9,500 ft of vertical gain and three substantial climbs of 2,000 to 3,300 ft. Aid stations are listed at miles 6.2, 10.5, 11.7, 20, and 24.3. Surface: 97% mining road/ATV trail, 3% off-trail.

The Half Marathon is 13.8 miles with about 3,900 ft of vertical gain, climbing an OHV trail and the old Gisbourne Toll Road to Bald Mountain West (9,626') and returning the same way.
