Dimple Dell Half Marathon
Dimple Dell is a half marathon held in Sandy City with a start and finish at Lone Peak Park on October 10, 2026. The course runs on canyon trails and offers rolling terrain with a few climbs, fall colors, and mountain vistas.
Registration includes a well marked course, a high-quality race shirt, and a locally made finisher medal. Age-division medals are awarded to the top three in each listed age group, and overall male and female top three receive custom locally made plaques; 1st place overall will also receive gift cards provided by Salt Lake Running Company.
On-course support includes well stocked aid stations with Tailwind, water, Honey Stinger gels and waffles, fruit, and occasional treats. Course navigation uses pink flags, ribbons, signs, and trail marshals. Free race photos will be taken on course and at the finish and provided without a watermark using bib recognition. Live results are available.
Packet pickup is available Friday 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Salt Lake Running Company in Sandy, and race day pickup begins at 5:45 am. There is free parking near the park with roughly 50 spaces at the corner lot and additional lots nearby with about 150 spaces each. Late registration runs from September 10 through October 9 at 11:59 pm; organizers cannot guarantee shirt availability for late registrants.
