The Cirque Series race in Alta, Utah, is a challenging 7.1-mile mountain trail run featuring 2,545 feet of vertical gain. The course starts at Goldminer's Daughter base (8,650 ft) and ascends through subalpine forests and alpine meadows, passing landmarks like Alf’s mid-mountain restaurant and Cecret Lake. Runners tackle steep single tracks, rocky ridges, and snowy sections near Mt.
Baldy summit (11,068 ft), with aid stations at Collins (10,400 ft) and Wildcat Lift (9,780 ft). The race is held in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest and capped at 500 participants. Divisions include Sport, Expert, and Pro, with prizes and overall season awards.
