Community Trail Runs

Fleet Feet and Hoka are collaborating with local run clubs to present a series of community trail runs in Franklin County Metro Parks on dates in May and June 2026. Each event is hosted at a different park and organized with a local run club.

Locations and hosts include Quarry Trails Metro Park hosted by Short North Run Club, Scioto Grove Metro Park hosted by German Village Run Club and 2 Many Run Clubs Bexley, and Blendon Woods Metro Park hosted by Easton Run Club. Events feature Hoka trail shoe demos, raffles, food, music and additional on-site activities.

Registration is free. Participants are required to register and sign a waiver. Attending all three events qualifies participants for a Columbus Community Trail Run badge and entry into a drawing for one of three pairs of Hoka trail shoes.

Distances and loop formats vary by park and event. Available distances include:

  • 2 mile loops
  • 4 mile loops at select events
  • Approximately 2.5 mile loops at one event

The series emphasizes community trail running across nearby metro parks and includes equipment demos and onsite amenities at each gathering. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
