Course and features
Both courses are out-and-back, well groomed, and run on 100% dirt trail. With the exception of the first quarter mile, the route is very flat and is described as a sprint-style course. Both courses provide wide open lagoon views and finish with a downhill section. The area is noted as a nesting place for osprey, which may be visible during the race.
