Live chip timing will be provided by Timing Up North. The event is Canicross friendly; one controlled dog per runner is allowed. All finishers receive an event medal, a burger or alternative, and a beer or soft drink. Free on-site parking is available but spaces are very limited, and the organiser suggests walking or car sharing where possible. Registration opens 26 September 2025 and closes 24 June 2026.
