The Chopwell Woods Summer Trail Runs take place on 27 June 2026 at Chopwell Woods, Rowlands Gill, NE39 1LT, on the fringe of Gateshead. The venue is a Forestry England site set within 360 hectares of mixed woodland. The event is organised by Wild Deer Events and offers timed trail races with live chip timing provided by Timing Up North.
