Course, services and inclusions

The route is fully waymarked and runs on a mixture of farm field boundaries, forest and woodland trails, dirt tracks and farmland. The course includes steep technical climbs and descents and river crossings. Organisers recommend viewing the map or adding the GPX file to a watch. Race HQ provides toilets and medical support, and refreshments such as water, flapjacks and gels are available; the cafe and ice cream parlour will be open. The event follows an eco-friendly approach and does not use disposable plastic cups. Entries include an ECO medal, free event photos, a packet of wild flower seeds, and prizes for the top three male and female finishers and for veteran category winners. A car sharing group is available on Facebook. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
