The event is a 10 km urban trail race held at The Sands Centre, Carlisle, England, on 6 May 2026. The course uses a mixture of on-road and off-road well established tracks. A course map and a full course risk assessment will be on display at the event headquarters on race day, together with the race permit and measurement certificate.

Race information

Race registration takes place at The Sands Centre, Carlisle, with race numbers and timing chips issued at registration (17:30–18:45). A race briefing will take place at 18:45. Live results will be provided by Timing Up North.

Prizes and limits

Overall prizes are awarded to the first three male and female finishers. Age-group prizes are awarded according to the number of competitors in each category, with rules for roll-down if an age-group finisher also places in the overall prizes. The event limit is 300 entrants; competitors must be 15 years or older. The listing shows 293 remaining places.

Registration, fees and withdrawals
