The Carlisle City Urban Trail Run takes place on 6 May 2026 at The Sands Centre, Carlisle, England. Distances offered:

The event is limited to 300 entrants and is open to participants aged 15 or older. At the time of listing there were 296 remaining places. Registration closes 4 May 2026. Entry fee for the 10 km is £21.00 plus a £0.50 fee and 5% processing charge. Withdrawals up to 12 April 2026 are subject to a 50% charge; after that date no refunds are given. Live results are provided by Timing Up North, with results available approximately 10 minutes after the race start.

Course and race day information

The course mixes on-road sections and off-road established tracks. Race registration takes place at The Sands Centre, where race numbers and timing chips will be issued. A race briefing will be held on race day. A full course risk assessment, route maps, the race permit and the measurement certificate will be displayed at the event headquarters in accordance with UKA rules (Permit No TBA). Prizes are awarded for overall male and female 1st to 3rd and for age groups with a sliding scale based on the number of competitors.
