The 10K course starts at Barnstaple Rugby Club. It includes a loop around Bridge Field before heading onto the Tarka Trail towards Pottington. Runners cross the river via Taw Bridge, complete a short loop on the Tarka Trail, cross Long Bridge, and go to Rock Park. After a loop around Rock Park, the route returns to the Rugby Club along Taw Vale and the Strand.

The course is mostly off-road, using the Tarka Trail and public pavements. It is flat and fast, suitable for a first race or achieving a personal best. The distance is approximately 10 kilometers.

Entry prices vary. Early bird rates are available until 14 February 2026. A Valentine's month promotion runs from 15 February to 14 March 2026. Standard pricing applies from 15 March 2026 onwards. There are separate rates for affiliated and unaffiliated runners.

For entries before 15 May, participants receive a running shirt. All finishers get a medal. The race is chip-timed, and there are prizes in all categories, including a prize for the best fundraiser.

On the day, number and chip collection is from 8:30 AM, with registration closing at 9:30 AM. The race starts at 10:00 AM. There will be a post-race prize presentation. Tea, coffee, and cakes will be available for purchase.

Online entries close at midnight on 3 June 2026. The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. No dogs, pushchairs, or walkers are permitted. Runners must be over 15 years old. Baggage storage is available at the owner's risk. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

A trail running event using a heritage steam train between Minehead and Bishops Lydeard, offering 11 km, 11 mile and marathon options. Routes include the Quantock Hills ridgeline and sections of the Steam Coast Trail and England Coast Path.

Experience the dramatic coastline and steep moorland of Exmoor National Park across five trail distances. Run past towering cliffs and through the Valley of Rocks on technical terrain starting from Lynton.

Experience a challenging 12 mile off road run through the private Clovelly Estate. This scenic course features ancient woodlands, coastal cliffs, and a final climb up Clovelly's famous cobbled street to support the RNLI.

A 50 mile trail ultramarathon on coastal and upland terrain around Minehead with about 7,337 ft of ascent, six aid stations and a 16 hour cutoff. It is a cupless race with GPX navigation provided.
