Calero Trail Run - Winter

Calero Trail Run takes place at Calero County Park in San Jose and offers a range of trail distances on single-track, dirt paths and hilly terrain. The courses include oak tree sections, exposed areas, and panoramic vistas that are noted for offering heat training conditions.

Aid and water are provided at the Start/Finish aid station and at the Rancho Cañada del Oro aid station; additional water points are placed on some courses. The 50K has a drop-bag service with two locations: the Start/Finish and the Rancho Cañada del Oro aid station. Toilets are available at the Start/Finish and at the Rancho Cañada del Oro aid station, where one enclosed commode is provided for first-come, first-served use.

Parking is free at the Calero Park lot on McKean Road and carpooling is encouraged. Support crews may access Rancho Cañada del Oro parking to meet runners; drivers are asked to observe local speed limits and respect residents. Online registration and race-day registration options are offered, and entry fees are non-refundable with transfer or credit policies available for future events.
