Aid stations are placed approximately every 5 to 6 miles and provide a variety of food and hydration options. The event is cupless; runners must carry their own bottle or reusable cup. Organizers recommend carrying at least one 20 oz bottle. Drop bag service is not available. Timing is electronic using disposable chips attached to the back of each bib.

Parking at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park requires a fee. There is limited roadside parking along Highway 9. A six hour time limit applies for completion of the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
