Participants compete on a 12 km+ course that utilizes the standard Rush route but includes additional sections and obstacles specifically designed for the championship. - Competitive Para
- Competitive international male and female
- Non-competitive open waves
All finishing competitors receive a 2026 British Champs Medal. The event is chip timed, and participants have access to a spectator village with food, drinks, and music. Winners in the overall male and female categories receive a trophy and prize money. This race also serves as a qualifier for the OCR European Championships and OCR World Championships.
Participants must be current members of British Obstacle Sports at the time of the event. The location is accessible from Brentwood station and Epping Underground station. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
