Born Survivor Cheshire

Born Survivor Cheshire is an outdoor obstacle course event held in Cheshire on 16 May 2026. The course and obstacles are designed by Royal Marines Commandos and use natural and constructed terrain. Two route formats are offered: Classic with around 30 obstacles and Rookie with 20 plus obstacles.

Participants receive a finisher's dog tag medal, a Survivor finishers t shirt, a Battle Rag headover, and a finisher's photo. Spectator tickets are included. The Event Village provides street food, a Survivor bar, live music and family activities. Payment in instalments is available.

An Elite Squadron option runs in the first wave and includes chip timing, timed results and rankings, a free second lap option, and prizes. The Elite race also serves as a qualifying race for the European Championships. The event lists many named obstacles such as Para Plunge, Waterboarding, The Dunker Drill, Cliff Hanger and Killer Carry, among others.

Tackle a scenic 4.5 mile fell race with 305 m of climbing around Bamford in the Peak District on Monday 25 May 2026. Part of the lively Bamford sheepdog trial festival, the event pairs fast trails with rural festivities and offers pre entry..

A 3 km or 5 km run at Bowdon Rugby Club with drinking stations every kilometre and a mix of inflatable and non inflatable obstacles. Drinks are included and only participants aged 18 or over may take part.

Trail races of 101 km and 55 km start from Bakewell Showground and cross moorland, valleys and Pennine footpath sections in the Peak District, with marked routes, outposts, GPS tracking for ultras and specified mandatory kit.

A timed track ultra at Woodbank Park where runners complete as many 400 m laps as possible within 6, 12 or 24 hour limits, with chip timing, an aid station and indoor facilities on site.
