Event Overview

The Bootlegger Trail Run is a 10K trail race taking place on February 22, 2026. This will be the event's 9th annual edition. The race is located in Upper Creve Coeur Park at 13219 Streetcar Dr, Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Race Details

The course is primarily single-track trail with many turns and switchbacks, featuring scenic lakefront views. It begins with a 1.5-mile parade loop on Streetcar Drive to sort participants before entering the trail system. Runners complete a full counterclockwise loop, finishing at the old streetcar 'loop' building. A minimum pace of approximately 21 minutes per mile is required. Dogs are not permitted on the course.

All registrants receive a custom 20oz plastic finisher beer mug. A commemorative long sleeve tri-blend shirt is available for purchase during registration for $20. Post-race snacks and beer from Urban Chestnut Brewing Company are provided at the finish line.

Packet pickup is available on Saturday, February 21, at Fleet Feet Des Peres and on race morning at the event site near Go Ape.

Awards

Custom awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers. Awards are also presented to the top three males and females in the following age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
