The deadline for guaranteed event swag is March 15, 2026. Other administrative deadlines include a distance change deadline on March 27, 2026 and an online registration cancellation deadline on March 29, 2026.

The event participates in the Trail Mix Fund to waive registration fees for qualifying applicants and reports a sustainability policy that requires participants to use reusable mess kits, as the races are cup free and follow a zero waste pledge.
