Treat Trot Des Moines

The Treat Trot Des Moines is a running event taking place in Des Moines, Iowa, featuring a variety of distances for different interests. The event provides chip-timing with live results and awards for the longer distances, while the shorter options are untimed. All registered participants receive a designer shirt, a custom medal, a bib, and access to free photos from the event.

Participants can choose from several distance options:

• Kids Dash (Age 10 and under, untimed)

The Kids Dash is specifically designed for children aged 10 and under. While registration includes a mini bib and youth-sized shirt, children who do not wish to receive these items may participate for free. For the 5K and 10K distances, youth-based pricing is available for participants aged 12 and under.

A virtual race option is available for those unable to attend the in-person event. Virtual participants can complete their chosen distance at any location and will receive a digital bib, event shirt, and finisher medal via mail. The event also offers a "Volunteer then Run" category, where individuals assist with event logistics before participating in a race distance of their choice.
