Turkey Trails - St. Louis

The Turkey Trails event takes place in St. Louis, Missouri, over the Thanksgiving holiday. This annual event offers a variety of distances to accommodate different participants, including options for children and long-distance runners. The available distances are:

  • Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
  • 10k (6.2 miles)
  • 5k (3.1 miles)
  • 1 Mile
  • Kids Dash (50 meters)

Registration for the 10k, 5k, and Half Marathon includes a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a finisher medal. These races are chip-timed with live results and awards provided. The 1 Mile event is an untimed option that also provides participants with a bib, shirt, and medal. For younger participants, the Kids Dash is an untimed event for children aged 10 and under, featuring a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a specifically crafted medal. A free participation option for the Kids Dash is available for those who do not require the commemorative items.

Participants have access to free event photos and receive food treats at the finish line. Additionally, a Volunteer then Run entry allows individuals to assist with event logistics before participating in a distance of their choice. For those unable to attend in person, a virtual race option allows for completion at any location while still receiving the event gear. Shirts are guaranteed for those who register at least two weeks before the race date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
