Bobcat Trail Races : Palmer Park, Colorado Springs (October 17, 2026)
Bobcat Trail Races are held in Palmer Park, Colorado Springs, using the park's trail network and rocky bluffs with views of the city and Pikes Peak. The event is organized by Aravaipa Running; the series was transferred from Mad Moose starting in 2024. The courses are marked and supported with aid stations on the longer distances.

Course and support details: the 50K route is roughly 31.0 miles with multiple aid stations located at known mile markers and a finish-line drop bag area. The 25K includes aid stations and finishes at the same start/finish area used for longer distances. The 10K has an aid station around mile 3.3 and a finish at about 6.4 miles. The 5K has no aid stations. Crews may access the start/finish area; spectators are allowed but parking may be limited. No pacers are permitted for any distance.
Safety and gear: runners are required to carry a reusable cup for aid stations and to have an offline course map or GPX file available. Courses are marked with orange ribbon with black polka dots and laminated junction signs; blue and white checkerboard ribbon marks non-race or wrong-way trails.
