The event is a 5k held on April 26, 2026 at Bluemont Station Brewery & Winery in Bluemont, VA (18301 Whitehall Estate Ln). Points from the race count toward the Year-Long 5k & Back of the Pack Series and the Sippin Series. A virtual race option is available. Walkers are permitted.

Registered participants receive one glass of beer or wine from the venue, a finisher medal, a technical (Dri-fit) event shirt, and chip timing. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for runners registered before April 15; extras will be available after that on a first-come, first-served basis. The listed registration fee for the 5k is $35 until March 31 and $40 afterward; the price increases by $5 on race morning.

Course and race details

The course is a cross-country route around the property with some hills. The 5k is run as three laps. Two water stations are located on the course at approximately mile markers 1 and 2; Gatorade will be available at some stations. Restrooms are located in the brewery/winery.

Packet pickup is available at the event and race day registration is offered; t-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for race day registrants. Live results will be posted on Athlinks and final results with series points will be posted the Monday after the race.
